Walk The Wire (Memory Man book 6)

Walk The Wire is the 6th book in the Memory Man series. In this book, Amos Decker and his partner Alex Jamison have been sent to solve a murder of a women in London, North Dakota. She was found in a remote part of the woods and what was strange was it seemed she had been left there after an autopsy was done or at least that’s what the pictures Decker was looking at suggested. But why send a team that specialized in serial killers to solve something the local police should handle.

London North Dakota is a oil and fracking town with all the booms and busts that comes with it. Once the team arrives and checks in with their local police contact Kelly, a local how grew up in this small town they find this mystery is deeper then the murder they came to investigate.

As Decker and Jamison dig into Irene’s life, they are shocked to discover that by day she was a school teacher for a local religious sect and by night walked the streets as a prostitute. The religious sect sits on land once owned by a mysterious government facility that looms over the entire community. With unmatched greed of the two local men that virtually own everything in this small town, and secrets being exposed in every turn, this may be one of our teams most dangerous cases.

This book is an action-packed thrill ride with a few cool twists. On my scale of 1 to 5, 1 being do not bother and 5 a real page turner, I give Walk The Wire, a 5. This book is very exciting and a great read. Ty has crafted an amazing trilogy that I would suggest to any reader.
